My Approach

Mindfulness (conscious meditations) – are deep, simple ancient practices, that help you to stay in present moment. They open your inner wisdom, create silence inside, fill you up with calm and wholeness, bring you the feeling of a deep inner peace.

Our mind imagines life as complicated, chaotic and hard, but the truth is simple. You can learn the truth only from present moment, when the mind is calm, and heart becomes your only guide. Live mindful and be honest with yourself – the most valuable gift we can give. Only through honesty with yourself you are able to hear YOUR truth and carry it through always changing world.

Mindfulness practices create order, clearness and inner peace in everyday life. They help us to root in our power, feel ourselves whole and confident. The life coaching that I offer, compliments the process by clearing your intentions of anything extra, forming clear actions that come out not from outer expectations, but from your true nature.
